Zachary Serwer grew up just two blocks away from the current offices of Bankler Partners, and his first ever job was at the H-E-B across the street. Zachary left his stocking and checkout days behind to attend UT Austin where he received his B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies, and his B.S. and M.P.A. in Accounting. 

After becoming a licensed CPA in 1997, Zachary worked as a Sales Tax Auditor for the State of Texas and as a Tax Accountant at various firms. He also worked as a software tester for one of the leading tax software providers in the country, the same tax software that is currently used by the firm. 

For Bankler Partners, Zachary brings his specialization in preparation of corporate and individual returns, with an emphasis on medical and legal clients.

In his spare time, he enjoys walking with his San Antonio dog-walking group, reading, and singing.
