We’re One of San Antonio’s Best Places to Work in 2022!

Steven Bankler, CPA, Ltd. has been named to the San Antonio Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and we couldn’t be more thrilled!Winners are based on anonymous employee surveys gauging employee satisfaction in six key areas, such as trust in leadership and communication.

“Being included in the Best Places to Work is a massive honor because the award is based on the opinions of our employees, who we view as our most important stakeholders,” says Managing Partner Gina Valorz.

“In the past two years, we’ve grown at a rate I never predicted we would in the 45 years we’ve been in business,” Founding Partner Steven Bankler adds. “At a time when many small businesses are having a hard time holding on to employees, we know that’s a huge accomplishment. We don’t take that for granted, and we see this award as a further indication we must be doing something right.”

Steven Bankler, CPA, Ltd. is included in the small business category for businesses with less than 50 employees. The San Antonio Business Journal will unveil the final ranking of the winners at a luncheon on July 21, 2022, at Pedrotti’s Ranch in Helotes.
